We had a really comfortable time in this low cost hotel in Dubai. Very courteous staff that liked their guests. Amazing central location near to many attractive tourist destinations namely : gold market, Very close to shops of international brands like Debenhams and a bus stop served by a route that operates late into the night.

Rooms only accommodate 2 people. Refrigerators didn't work, and maintenance issues were present.

The pool's serene nighttime ambiance at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai was truly relaxing, though lacking separate towels. Bablo, the housekeeper, was a standout with his impeccable service and warm attitude. The value for money was excellent, with modern rooms and attentive staff. However, a mix-up with room type caused discomfort. The nearby landmarks like Meena Bazaar and The Dubai Heritage Village added to our family bonding experience, making our stay memorable.

Had 4 nights in this well-maintained hotel, spent our time here really good. The location of the venue was unbeatable, easy to have taxi bus or metro also nice staying here always. What's more, it was not far from the city center and other shopping centers and sports bar nearby;)))

Famous, fairly clean place with very pleasant and consistently courteous staff from Room service. A safe box, free wireless internet access, and a kettle available in the family room. Amazing breakfast for Vegetarian, good location. Free parking onsite provided. Not to mention very good wifi!

I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant at the ground floor. The location was good and the free parking was on site.
